Fedele Mazzei
Fedele has three passions he hold close to his heart… his family, people, and building.
Fedele has a caring wife and two young children who give him a run for his money every day with their curious and relentless joy for life.
Doing what is right for everyone has always been at the forefront of who he is. His mother is a personal support worker who engraved kindness and doing the right thing, into his heart.
Fedele’s family also has a long history in the trades who helped him understand the importance of building everything the right way from a young age.
Background.
He knew at a very young age what he wanted to do for a living. Building is the lifeblood of who he is. This early life epiphany allowed him to focus his education towards professional building techniques.
Fedele went directly into the benchmark carpentry program and earned a Red Seal. For those who don’t know what that means - he knows how everything should be built to be most durable and efficient. He also dedicated himself as an apprentice and then a journeyman evolving his skill daily to become a top tier builder in the industry. His insurance restoration work arrived once he quickly evolved into being the go-to builder who corrects other builder companies poor workmanship.
He has the loving support of his family, wife, and children to help him continue being a step ahead of others in the industry.

Simple put - his ability to troubleshoot a project, attention to detail, and knowing what will provide a build project the most quality, durability and best workmanship.

Going for walks with his wife and children around the neighbourhood. Meeting and interacting with the community brings a smile to his face. FYI he has a bad habit of pointing out build flaws, even if the house is 500m away. He can’t turn it off.

He smiles with joy when asked why these are the core focuses for LOCUS and states ‘because they’re most fun’.
There is something special in helping make someones house become more like a home. This section of the industry has never really had serious full-time builders who dedicate their lives to building, let alone build correctly. He wanted to change this to add comfort and protection to all customers.
